What the Service Is

MCP Spider connects your Follow Up Boss account to AI clients over the Model Context Protocol. You supply your own Follow Up Boss API key. The service passes requests through under that key and hands the answers back. It is a conduit to a CRM you already have, not a CRM of its own, and it keeps no copy of your records.

This Is a Private Beta

• Access is by invitation, and it can be withdrawn. An invitation can be declined, expired, or revoked, and an account can be disabled at any time, with or without a reason.
• The beta is free. There is nothing to pay while it lasts, and no payment details are collected.
• It may become a paid product. If that happens, you will be told by email first. Continuing to use the service after that point may require agreeing to new terms, creating a new account or converting this one, and paying for a subscription. Nobody is charged without agreeing to be charged, and beta access will not silently turn into a bill.
• Nothing here is guaranteed to keep working. There is no uptime commitment during the beta. Features can change or be removed, and the service can be suspended or ended, with as much notice as is practical.

Your Account

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share it, and do not share an access token.
• You must be entitled to use the Follow Up Boss account whose API key you supply, and to let this service act on it.
• An access token is a credential. Treat it like a password, revoke it if it leaks, and tell me if you think your account has been compromised.
• Everything done with your token is treated as done by you.

What Happens When an Assistant Acts for You

This is the part worth reading twice. An assistant connected to this service can write to your real CRM: it can create leads, which may trigger your action plans and send messages to real people, and it can add notes, tasks, and activity. Those writes are real, and they happen under your name in your account.

No tool in this service deletes anything, which is a permanent design decision rather than a feature that has not been built yet. An unwanted note can be found and fixed in Follow Up Boss. A deleted record could not be.

You are responsible for what you instruct an assistant to do, including when the assistant does something you did not intend. Every tool call is logged, so you can see which tools ran and when, and your CRM records what they changed. Review both, and keep your own compliance obligations in mind: laws about contacting consumers apply to a message an assistant caused to be sent exactly as they apply to one you sent yourself.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to:

• break the law, or send communications that the law does not permit you to send;
• reach data in a Follow Up Boss account you are not authorized to reach;
• work around rate limits, security controls, or the limits of what the tools offer;
• resell, sublicense, or provide access to anyone else during the beta;
• attack, overload, or interfere with the service or the people using it.

Other People's Terms

Follow Up Boss is not affiliated with this service and does not endorse it. Your use of Follow Up Boss is governed by your agreement with them, and your use of an AI client is governed by your agreement with whoever operates it. Anything an assistant sees in a tool result goes to that client's operator, which is worth deciding about deliberately. Names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Your Data and Mine

Your CRM records remain yours. Nothing in these terms gives me ownership of them, and nothing in this service copies them into a database of mine. The software, its design, and its name remain mine. What is stored, and for how long, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

No Warranty

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error free, or accurate, and it depends on a third party API that can change or fail.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Axel Rivera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost or corrupted data, arising out of your use of the service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which during the beta is nothing, or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, and where that is so they apply only as far as the law permits.

Indemnity

You agree to cover claims brought against Axel Rivera that arise from your use of the service, from what you or an assistant acting on your token did with it, or from your breach of these terms.

Ending This

You can stop at any time: revoke your tokens, delete your connections, and ask for your account to be deleted. Your access can be suspended or ended if you breach these terms, or if the beta ends. When an account is deleted, its API keys and tokens go with it, and tool call logs age out on the schedule in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These terms will change as the service does, and the date at the top of this page says when they last did. Material changes will be sent to invited users by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides agree to that venue.
